REASONS TO NOT OWN A PET

There are plenty of reasons to own a pet and especially if you are financially stable. But there are some expectations that you have to fulfill as a pet parent to give your pooch a long and happy life. If  you want to have a pet but find yourself in the following situations then we suggest that you reconsider have that little furry friend. Here are some scenarios that you might find yourself in and how they affect your pet parenting process :

1) IF YOU HAVE DUST ALLERGIES - Having that furry friend is a big no-no if you often find yourself coughing and sneezing around dusty places then you'd better find yourself another companion instead of a dog or a bunny or a cat (For instance turtle).

2) IF YOU OFTEN SWITCH UP YOUR  LIVING SPACES - If you constantly keep on moving states or cities or towns then keeping an immobile pet like fishes won't be a good idea. Even animals like dogs and cats take time to adjust to their surroundings so excessive change might not be good for their health.

3) IF YOU'RE GERMOPHOBIC OR SUFFER FROM OCD - If can't tolerate the mess a small animal creates when it is not trained, then you'll probably won't be able to keep pets as they are somehow equivalent to children and require the same amount of care as an average child does.

4) IF YOU PREVIOUSLY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANIMALS - If you had an experience which was not as good as you expected (may include animal bites, attacks etc), then you might not be able to bond with any animal. But that doesn't mean that you could not keep any pets. Just ensure that you don't hurt them for ensuring your protection due to your past experiences.

5) ANIMALS CAN CARRY VARIOUS DISEASES - Yes, it is true. Animals can be carriers of various ailments and you should especially reconsider getting a furry friend if you often fall ill yourself and have a poor immunity.

Having pets is a good thing but you should also consider other factors before getting any animal so that you can provide a long and healthy life to them.
